New Delhi, May 29, 2025: To offer travellers easy and effective transportation straight from the airport, Noida International Airport (NIA) has announced a strategic partnership with Uber, one of India’s leading ride-hailing services. By linking air travel with convenient and dependable ground transportation, this partnership supports NIA’s mission to make travel simpler and more intelligent.

Uber will operate in designated pickup areas at Noida International Airport as part of the partnership, with the help of ground personnel and unambiguous, step-by-step navigation to help travellers find their ride.
Uber driver-partners will have access to designated parking lots to improve convenience, cutting down on wait times and guaranteeing faster traveller pickups.

In addition to cashless payment options for a more seamless experience, passengers who choose to use Uber at Noida International Airport can anticipate a number of practical features, such as real-time ride tracking and estimated arrival times via the mobile app. For added safety, riders will also have access to driver and vehicle information and an in-app emergency/SOS button. There will be a range of ride categories to accommodate various needs, including UberGo, Uber Premier, and UberXL (SUV), all supported by round-the-clock service for dependable transportation at all times.
“The availability of app-based taxi services like Uber is a key step in ensuring that travellers have access to convenient, reliable, and safe last-mile transport options,” explained Christoph Schnellmann, CEO of Noida International Airport.
Uber India and South Asia’s Director of Business Development, Arnab Kumar, reaffirmed the company’s dedication to providing seamless last-mile connectivity backed by an easy booking process through the Uber App.

NIA’s objective of developing into a significant transport hub with a variety of travel options is supported by this initiative. The airport plans to collaborate with the government and other stakeholders to provide a variety of transportation options for travellers to and from the terminal in addition to app-based taxis.
Western Uttar Pradesh and the greater Delhi area will be connected to cities throughout India and the world by Noida International Airport (IATA code: DXN). With a variety of services and attractions, the airport will provide an exceptional travel experience by fusing Swiss efficiency with Indian hospitality. Additionally, NIA is committed to sustainability, striving for net-zero emissions via environmentally friendly operations and design.
The Noida International Airport was designed, constructed, and run by Yamuna International Airport Private Limited (YIAPL). As a wholly owned subsidiary of Zurich Airport International AG, it is working with the Indian and Uttar Pradesh governments to manage the project using a public-private partnership model. October 1, 2021, marked the start of the 40-year concession period. With a single runway and terminal at launch, the airport can accommodate 12 million passengers and has space for future expansion.
