Tata Motors unveiled its entire line of internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicle (EV) products from Tata Motors, in collaboration with its exclusive distributor DIMO, at an event in Sri Lanka. This launch was made possible in large part by DIMO, a longtime partner of Tata Motors in the area.
Along with the Tiago series, the event featured Tata Motors’ SUV lineup, which includes the Tata Punch, Tata Nexon, and Tata Curv series, with variants available at a starting price of LKR 8.7 Mn through DIMO Branch networks.
Senior DIMO officials reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to spearheading Sri Lanka’s automotive industry. Both partners stated their desire to revolutionize the regional auto industry by utilizing cutting-edge technology, customer-focused solutions, creative products, and first-rate customer service.
During the launch, Yash Khandelwal, Head of International Business at Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd., stated that the introduction of their complete range of passenger vehicles signifies a pivotal moment in their international business strategy, aimed at making electrification accessible in Sri Lanka.

The latest offerings from Tata Motors in both ICE and Electric vehicles reflect the latest trends in mobility, showcasing innovative technologies, unique design aesthetics, top-tier safety features, and exceptional performance. During this event, both companies also highlighted Tata Motors’ robust EV lineup, providing an exclusive preview of the Punch.ev, Nexon.ev, and Curvv.ev, which demonstrate Tata Motors’ product capabilities.

A three-year or 100,000-kilometer manufacturer’s warranty will be included with all Tata Motors ICE vehicles, and a three-year or 125,000-kilometer warranty will be included with electric vehicles. Furthermore, an eight-year or 165,000-kilometer warranty is offered for the EVs’ high-voltage battery and motor. Along with free island-wide roadside assistance that is available around the clock, customers will also have access to knowledgeable technical support from experts who have been trained by Tata Motors.
